Sophomore guard Sophie Cunningham (Columbia, Mo.) recorded her season-high in points, scoring 22. Her previous high this season was 18 vs. Nebraska. Friday’s point total was also the highest scored by a Tiger in a single game this season.
Cunningham posted her third straight game with at least 15 points, 5 assists, and 5 rebounds. She is the only Tiger on the roster to have posted that line this season.
Cunningham recorded her second career game posting at least 20 points, 5 assists, and 5 rebounds, with the last time coming against Missouri State in last season’s season opener.
Redshirt senior guard Lianna Doty (Kirkwook, Mo.) recorded her 400th career assist. She is only the third Tiger in program history to accomplish the feat.
Senior guard Sierra Michaelis made four three point shots on the night, giving her 120 for her career. With her performance tonight, Michaelis moved in to sole possession of eight-place on Mizzou’s all-time three-pointers made list, passing Stacy Williams.
Redshirt senior guard Lindsey Cunningham (Columbia, Mo.) tied her career high in steals, grabbing three of them on the night. The only other three-steal effort in her career came against Auburn last season.
Cunningham also recorded her season-high in points, dropping 13. Her previous high came against Washington, where she had nine.
Cunningham tied her career high for three-pointers made in a single game, sinking three treys. She has accomplished the feat five times in her career.

The Tigers recorded 12 steals as a team, marking the 4th time this season Mizzou has posted a double-digit steals in a game.
Mizzou’s defense forced Missouri State to shoot just 28 percent on the game, marking the fourth time this season Mizzou has held an opponent to a shooting percentage under 30 percent.
The Tigers grabbed 42 rebounds as a team, marking the fourth time this year they have cleared the 40-rebound mark. They have grabbed 49 rebounds in a game three times this season.
