Mentor development is the number one, most productive career development tool that exists for graduating student-athletes. By having your own online career network, you can now create a real-time, real-world communication connection between yourself and a vast, national network of former collegiate athletes. Most alumni athletes are willing to dispense valuable career advice and many still want to be an active ‘part of the team’. Brief Description: The Leadership Certificate is a campus program that encourages students to gain skills by getting involved in various leadership experiences including community service, workshops, assessment tests, campus involvement, and much more. This is a crucial program for student-athletes to take advantage of because it provides experience for resumes and future employment that other students may get through part time employment that student-athletes do not have time to do.
