Norm Wagner
 | Event: Basketball / Baseball | | Hall of Fame Class: 1991 | |
Lettered at Missouri in basketball and baseball from 1931-1933, leading the basketball team in scoring in 1933, when he won all-Big Six honors. His biggest accomplishments, though, were achieved on the baseball diamond. During his career, Wagner won 27 games - a record that stood at Mizzou until 1980, and is still the second highest victory total ever at Missouri. He was a member of Tiger teams that tied for the Big Six championship in 1931, and won it outright in 1932. After graduation, he worked for the St. Louis Cardinals, pitching batting practice, and went to the minor leagues when an arm injury ended his career. He lives in Columbia.
