2018 SEASON
Talented big man who preserved a redshit in his first year in the program, while seeing action in a pair of games ... Played in the season-opener vs. UT Martin (9/1) and again in reserve duty in the regular-season blowout of Arkansas (11/23) ... Was a valuable member of the offensive scout team, and was rewarded for his outstanding efforts during the season, by being named the team's Offensive Scout Team Player of the Year at the season-ending team banquet.
BEFORE MIZZOU
Massive offensive line prospect who mauls and engulfs defenders with his sheer size … Brings a physical demeanor to the position and has a very high ceiling and tremendous upside … Three-star recruit, as rated by Rivals, ESPN and 247Sports.com … Part of a Coppell team that went 10-3 during his junior season, averaging 381.9 yards of total offense per game … Helped guide Coppell to a District 9–6A Championship as a senior in 2017 … Team advanced to the regional semifinals and finished 11-2 overall … Chose Mizzou over offers from Arizona State, Boise State, Houston, Indiana, Iowa State, Kansas State, Memphis, Miami (FL) and Texas Tech, among others … High school coach: Mike DeWitt … Cited the fact that Mizzou was one of the first Power 5 schools to offer him, along with the family atmosphere and down-home environment at Mizzou as key reasons for his commitment to Mizzou.
