Indoor Track – Placed first at the Missouri Holiday Opener (Dec. 8) in the mile run at 4:26.25 … Set a new personal record in the 1000m run at the Arkansas Invitational (Jan. 12) with a time of 2:29.26 and a seventh-place finish … Posted a second-place finish at the Tyson Invitational (Feb. 10) in the 800m run with a time of 1:52.65 … Ran the opening leg of Mizzou’s distance medley relay team which finished seventh at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25) with a time of 9:53.76.

Outdoor Track – Ran a new 1500m personal record at the Tom Botts Invitational (April 21) where he posted a time of 3:55.12 and finished second … His best finish of the season in the 800m run came at the Drake Relays (April 26), posting a time of 1:53.60 for a 14^th-place finish.

Indoor Track - Ben opened his season at the Border Battle, where he was seventh across the line for the 1000m run (2:29.90)...Defended his home track during the Missouri Invitational, taking first in the 800m with a 1:54.81 crossing...Earned a new 800m PR at the Rod McCravy Memorial Meet, taking 21st in 1:53.37...Earned another PR, this time in the 1000m run, at the Armory Track Invitational, placing 21st in 2:29.46...Followed that up with a new 800m PR at the Tyson Invitational, crossing in 1:51.76 for 23rd...Earned a new best in the 600m at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge, finishing second in 1:23.70...Ben earned his first All-SEC honor after placing third as a member of the Tigers' DMR team (9:46.65).

Outdoor Track - Ben opened his season at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational, taking third in the 800m in 1:54.77...He took to the line in his first and only 1500m run as a Tiger during the San Francisco State Distance Carnival, placing 40th overall in 3:55.86...Took seventh in the 800m (1:53.02) at the John McDonnell Invitational...Was a member of the 13th-place DMR and 4x800m teams during the Drake Relays...Earned a new 800m PR during the Tom Botts Invitational, crossing in 1:52.01 for second overall...Ben closed his season at the SEC Championships in the 800m.

Indoor Track - Ben began his Tiger career at home with the Missouri Opener, where he won the 1000-meter run in 2:38.19...He placed second the following weekend at the Wisconsin v. Missouri Dual in Madison, Wisc., in the 800-meter run, pacing in at 1:57.18...Went on to hit a PR in the 800-meter run at the Rod McCravy Memorial Meet in Lexington, Ky., placing 18th in the field with a final time of 1:54.20...Doubled-up in the 400-meter dash and the 600-meter run at the Missouri Invitational, placing fourth in the latter with a final time of 1:25.55...Ended the season at the SEC Championships, where he took to the track for the 800-meter run.

Outdoor Track - Competed in the 800-meter run throughout the outdoor season, starting with the Crimson Tide Invitational in Tuscaloosa, Ala., where he clocked in at 1:56.71...Ran a season's best in his final meet of the season, the Tom Botts Invitational, winning the event in 1:52.82...He was also a member of the 11th-place DMR squad at the Drake Relays, and the third-place 4x400-meter team at Tom Botts.
