2018

  • Wrapped up a tremendous career with his best season as a Tiger.
  • Reset career-highs in batting (.316), at-bats (215), runs (54), hits (68), extra-base hits (20), RBI (50), slugging (.516), on-base percentage (.413) and stolen bases (12).
  • Became just the second Tiger batter since 2011 to post 50 RBI in a single season, joining Zach Lavy who drove in 54 as a senior in 2016.
  • Finishes his Mizzou career ranked ninth all-time in career at-bats (767), 11th in career homers (28), 10th in career RBI (156) and seventh in stolen bases (37).
  • Became the first Mizzou player to post back-to-back seasons with 10+ homers since Jacob Priday in 2007-2008
  • Led Mizzou with 19 multiple hit games and 12 multiple RBI games while playing in 56 games, including 55 starts.
  • Had a career-best four hits vs. FIU (2/17), scoring a season-high four runs as well.
  • Had a career-high six RBI, including a grand slam, vs. Alabama A&M (2/28) .
  • His grand slam was one of two on the season.
  • The other grand slam came in the rubber game of a three-game set at nationally-ranked Auburn (4/1) as he hit a go-ahead slam in the fifth inning; he drove in all five runs in that game, adding a sac fly in the seventh inning to clinch a series win on the road.
  • Also hit a homer off of eventual No. 1 overall pick Casey Mize on the first pitch of that series.
  • Homered twice during the Kentucky series (4/28-29) and five of his 11 homers came during SEC play.
  • Hit a go-ahead homer against Missouri State (4/24) to help Mizzou clinch the season series over the in-state Bears with a 2-0 season sweep.
  • Drafted in the 32nd round of the MLB First Year Player Draft by his hometown Atlanta Braves. 

2017

  • Reset single-season career-highs in batting (.268), runs (35), RBI (48), extra-base hits (20), slugging (.508), on-base percentage (.388), walks (32) and homers (12) during his junior season
  • Ranked 10th in the SEC in RBI and eighth in homers following the SEC Tournament, leading the team in both categories
  • His 32 walks and 12 homers were more than his previous two seasons as a Tiger combined (just 27 walks and five homers in 369 career ABs before 2017)
  • Named Louisville Slugger National Player of the Week after hitting  five homers, including homering in four consecutive at-bats during the Kentucky series on Friday and Saturday … Harris homered three times in the Saturday game, making him the first Tiger with three homers in a game since Jacob Priday hit a school-record four in a 31-12 win over Texas on April 11, 2008
  • Harris’ 12 homers are the most for a Mizzou player since 2010
  • Strained an oblique in his final at-bat of the Kentucky series but missed just one game to keep his torrid pace during the midseason alive
  • Beginning April 4 against Illinois, Harris hit nine of his 12 homers in an 11-game span, highlighted by the three against Kentucky (April 15)
  • Hit the first non-exhibition homer in the Atlanta Braves brand new, $622 million Suntrust Park in a series clinching win over Georgia (4/7), doing so in his home state
  • Also homered in game two of the Georgia series (4/6) and homered the next game against Arkansas-Pine Bluff (4/11) as he homered in three straight games
  • Injured his shoulder in the series opener at Vanderbilt (5/5) while sliding into home but made a triumphant return against South Carolina (5/14), tallying a big game-tying hit with one out in the bottom of the eighth inning to spark a three-run frame that helped Mizzou steal a 5-3 win and a series win over the Gamecocks
  • Drove in four or more runs four times in 2017, highlighted by a career-high five against Illinois-Chicago (3/5), doubling and homering in that game
  • Second on the team with 10 multi-RBI games and pitched in 12 multi-hit games

2016

  • Started 52 games and appeared in 53, compiling a .213 average with 36 RBI, the latter of which were second-most on the team in 2016
  • Slugged nine doubles, a triple and a homer and stole 10 bases while scoring 26 runs
  • His 32 strikeouts were the second-fewest among everyday starters in 2016 and he also walked 17 times as he routinely put the ball in play
  • Of his 36 RBI, 17 came with two outs, the second-best total on the team in 2016
  • Finished second on the team with eight multi-RBI games and had nine multi-hit games in 2016
  • Reached base safely in nine consecutive games at one point and his longest hitting streak of the year was six games
  • Scored a season-high three runs vs. Hofstra (2/26) and drove in three runs the following game vs. Hofstra (2/27) with a double and a run scored
  • Doubled in back-to-back games against UIC (3/5-3/6) and drove in six total runs over those two games, including a career-high four RBI on March 5 … Had three hits, his best output of the season, with a double and a walk in the March 6 game
  • Drove in three runs with a triple and a run scored in the series opener vs. Auburn (4/7)
  • Only homer of the year came vs. LSU (4/16) when he went 2-for-5 with a run and two RBI in the game.
  • Hit two doubles in the series opener at Arkansas (4/1)

2015

  • Earned Freshman All-SEC and 2015 SEC All-Tournament honors 
  • Finished the year without committing an error in the field
  • Went a perfect six-for-six on stolen bases 
  • Adds tremendous length to lineup, as team went 11-5 with him batting seventh
  • 11 of his 22 RBI came with two outs, giving him the third most two-out RBI on the team
  • Had a walk-off, game-winning RBI single in Mizzou's Saturday game against South Carolina in the 10th inning.
  • Hit his first career homer in front of plenty of friends and family in his home state of Georgia -- it was a three-run, go-ahead shot in the sixth inning to help Mizzou to a series-opening win over Georgia. 
  • 10 of his 16 RBI in SEC play either tied or gave Mizzou the lead. 
  • Led the team in batting (.462), hits (six), RBI (two) and runs scored (three) over three games in the SEC Tournament, earning All-Tournament honors. 
  • Was third on the team with 11 two-out RBI on the season. 

HIGH SCHOOL

  • Perfect Game - Ranked as the No. 304 overall high school prospect and No. 2 2B in the country, No. 24 high school recruit and No. 1 high school 2B in the state of GA 
  • 2012 & 2013 Underclass Honorable Mention 
  • Competes for East Cobb Braves during the summer 
  • Earned All-State Honors in 2014 and All-County Honors in 2012-14 at Mceachern High School in Powder Springs, Georgia.
  • Was also named Preseason Under Armor All American in 2013 and 2014 and preseason All-State in 2014.
  • Batted .487 his senior season with seven home runs and 31 RBIs. 
  • Helped led his team to a Regional Championship in 2014.
  • Hit .450 in his varsity career with 22 home runs and 87 RBIs.
