
Football SEC Opener vs. Vanderbilt Becomes Latest Sellout

Six of Mizzou's seven home games have now sold out of reserved seating.
COLUMBIA, Mo. — The sellout streak continues for University of Missouri football.
The Tigers' Southeastern Conference opener against Vanderbilt on Sept. 21 officially became a sellout on Tuesday, Mizzou Athletics announced. The Vanderbilt game will be Mizzou's ninth consecutive home sellout dating back to last season. Each of the No. 6 Tigers' first six games of this season have now sold out, including Saturday's 11:45 a.m. kickoff against No. 24 Boston College. The Vanderbilt game will kick off at either 2:30 p.m. CT or 3:15 p.m. CT and air on ABC, ESPN, ESPN2 or SEC Network. The official kickoff time and channel desingation will be annoucned after this Saturday's games.
Following the Vanderbilt game, Mizzou's next two home games are also sold out, against Auburn (Oct. 19) and Oklahoma (Nov. 9). A limited supply of reserved tickets remain available for the home finale against Arkansas on Nov. 30. Fans can purchase single-game tickets for the Arkansas game by calling 1-800-CAT-PAWS or buying online.
Coach Eliah Drinkwitz's No. 6 Tigers (2-0) are coming off back-to-back shutout victories over Murray State (51-0) and Buffalo (38-0). Saturday's game against Boston College (2-0) will be televised on SEC Network.
