
Snyder Leads Men’s Golf Day One at North Alabama

Sophomore Brock Snyder led the University of Missouri men's golf on the opening day at the Turtle Point Invite, placing in the top 10 after 36 holes of action.
Synder carded a four-under 140 through two rounds, carding an opening 71 before a three-under 69 in the second round. The sophomore collected six birdies plus one eagle to head into the final round tied for sixth place.
Three additional Tigers are tied for 26th in the 70-player field after 36 holes – freshmen Bubba Chapman (71-75), who carded his first career round under par in the first, Jakob Hansen (72-74) and Trent Mierl (74-72).
The final round is set for Tuesday morning with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start.
