Football Tigers Named to SEC First-Year Honor Roll

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Including 11 from the University of Missouri football program, a total of 1,045 student-athletes were named to the 2021-22 SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll, Thursday by SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey.
Mizzou saw 79 student-athletes on the list. The SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll is based on grades from the 2021-22 academic calendar (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher).
Daylan Carnell (exploring), BJ Harris (exploring), Chuck Hicks (general studies), DJ Jackson (exploring), Christopher Kreh (business or accountancy), Dominic Lovett (College of Arts and Sciences), Tyler Macon (sport management), Gavin McKay (business or accountancy), EJ Ndoma-Ogar (communication), Arden Walker (sport management), and Dameon Wilson (exploring) are among those recognized.
Harris, Jackson and Lovett return for 2022 as sophomores. Hicks is a senior with two seasons of eligibility remaining. In 2021, Carnell, Kreh, Macon, McKay, Ndoma-Ogar, Walker and Wilson preserved redshirt seasons.
