Positive cases on Florida’s roster forces postponement
COLUMBIA, Mo. – The Mizzou Soccer season opener against Florida, set for Saturday, Sept. 19, has been postponed due to positive COVID-19 tests to three Gator soccer players.
The action is consistent with COVID-19 management requirements developed by the SEC's Medical Guidance Task Force.
The two teams will explore an alternate date to play.
Mizzou will now open its season at South Carolina on Sept. 27. That match will air on ESPNU at 3 p.m. (Central). The Tigers are currently scheduled to return home to face Vanderbilt on Oct. 3.
