Mizzou Football Camp 2019 - Practice #2 - August 3
8/3/2019 1:18:00 PM | Football
It was another beautiful Missouri morning with temperatures hovering around 70 degrees as Mizzou Football hit the Kadlec Practice Fields for the second practice of fall camp Saturday. As the temperature began to rise, so did the competition level. Mizzou practiced without pads again Saturday and will not don full pads until next Wednesday, but it was another spirited affair with guys on both sides of the ball making plays.
The team then exited the practice fields and walked back over to the brand-new South End Zone facility and enjoyed a soak in their new cold tubs. Check out the pictures of the team enjoying the cold tubs here.

Following practice, Mizzou Network caught up with two players who are expected to have major roles on Mizzou's defense this season - LB Cale Garrett and BND Ronnell Perkins. Both commented about the strides the defense has made from last season to the start of this year's camp, along with what fans can expect from the group all season. Watch the video below.
