COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou Baseball enjoyed an outstanding 2018-19 school year in the classroom, finishing with a team cumulative 3.04 grade point average. The Tigers opened the year strong with a cumulative 3.12 GPA over the Fall 2018 semester at the University of Missouri.
Individually, 20 Tiger student-athletes surpassed a 3.00 GPA over the recent Spring 2019 semester. Mizzou's individual success over the entire 2018-19 school year was even greater, as 22 student-athletes exceeded the 3.00 benchmark.

Under head coach Steve Bieser, the Tigers have continued to improve academically the past three years. Last summer, 12 individuals were named to the 2017-18 Southeastern Conference First-Year Academic Honor Roll, while seven additional Tigers garnered 2018 Spring SEC Academic Honor Roll accolades.
Last November, the Tigers were one of five programs on campus to tally a perfect 1,000 graduation success rate.
