@MizzouSoftball kicks off Fall Ball schedule with Saturday morning double header

Mizzou Softball opens up its fall schedule this weekend, with a doubleheader at Mizzou Softball Stadium this Saturday. The Tigers will face off against Crowder at 11 a.m. and will then battle with Central Methodist at approximately 1:30 p.m

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou Softball opens up its fall schedule this weekend, with a doubleheader at Mizzou Softball Stadium this Saturday. The Tigers will face off against Crowder at 11 a.m. and will then battle with Central Methodist at approximately 1:30 p.m.

The Tigers will play two games every weekend through the month of October. On Saturday the 13th, the Black & Gold will face off against State Fair Community College at 11 a.m., and will then play St. Mary's at 1:30 p.m. The next set of games for Mizzou will come on Friday, October 19, as the squad will face off against Jefferson College at 5:15 p.m. and then will play NC Missouri College under the lights at 7:30 p.m. The Tigers will close out their fall schedule on Friday, October 26, when they will play Lincoln twice, with first pitch of the first game coming at 4 p.m.

All games are free to the public. There will be no official stats due to the nature of these games, as the teams will focus on practice and won't be in uniform. Additionally, there will be no television or streaming coverage.
