COLUMBIA, Mo. - On a hot and sunny Thursday evening in Mid-Missouri, droves of passionate Tiger fans welcomed head coach Larissa Anderson to the Mizzou Softball family. Mizzou Director of Athletics Jim Sterk formally introduced Coach Anderson to the general public and local media members in front of a capacity crowd inside Mizzou Softball Stadium.
Prior to her first press conference as the new leader of the Mizzou Softball program, Coach Anderson completed an exclusive one on one interview with Ben Arnet and Mizzou Network. Shortly before taking the stairs to the press level of Mizzou Softball Stadium for the introductory press conference, Coach Anderson also enjoyed her first chance to meet some of the current Tiger student-athletes in-person.
