COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou Athletics and Mizzou Football will welcome back the 2007 Football team for a 10-year reunion at Mizzou Football's 2017 season-opener against Missouri State on Sept. 2. The team will be recognized on Faurot Field during halftime of that game.
The 2007 team helped launch Mizzou onto a national stage and jump-started one of most successful runs for any program in the nation over the next seven seasons. The Tigers claimed the Big 12 North championship, the 2008 Cotton Bowl title and rose to No. 1 in the rankings for the first time since the 1960s as it was one of best teams in program history.
