Zoe Cross Named International Signee to Watch

COLUMBIA, Mo. - Recent Mizzou soccer enrollee Zoe Cross (Pease Pottage, England) was named one of seven international signees to watch for the 2017 season by TopDrawerSoccer.com last week. Cross, who will be a freshman in 2017, enrolled at Missouri in January and will participate in Mizzou's spring season.
A midfielder, Cross played for Chelsea Ladies FC in her native England. With Chelsea, she helped the U-17 squad to the Gothia B Cup Championship in Sweden. Internationally, Cross has 26 caps for England as a member of the U-19 and U-17 national teams, Most recently, she was named to the U-19 squad in January and played in two matches against Norway. She tallied her first international goal against Spain in the UEFA European Women's U-17 Championship and helped the U-19 side to an international tournament victory.
