Emma Allen & Jessica Meek tie for ninth individually

TUCSON, Ariz. – After two days and three rounds of golf, No. 22 Mizzou finished fourth at the MountainView Collegiate Invitational, shooting a collective 11-over-par (290-291-294—875). No. 5 Georgia won the tournament at 5-under par, followed by No. 16 Iowa State at 2-over and Purdue at 10-over.

Jessica Meek (Carnoustie, Scotland) and Emma Allen (Southampton, England) tied at 1-over to lead the Tigers. Meek shot a 73 in round three (70-74-73—217), while Allen shot an even par third round (73-72-72--217).

Freshman Marit Harryvan (Winschoten, Netherlands) finished third on the team and 24^th overall, shooting 1-over in round three to give her a tournament score of 6-over-par. Senior Michelle Butler (Dunedin, Fla.) shot a 76 in the final round, giving her a tournament score of 8-over-par, fourth amongst Tiger golfers and a share of 34^th place overall. Freshman Amanda Kim (O'Fallon, Mo.) shot a 77, which placed her at 10-over, and at 45^th overall.
