• Mizzou closed the game on a 9-0 run over the final 2:4. Redshirt senior G Keith Shamburger scored or assisted on seven of those points.

• Shamburger tied his career high with 21 points to lead the Tigers. He also made a season best seven field goals (7-of-14 from the field) for a 2014-15 high. Shamburger also tallied 21 points against Auburn in the first matchup of the season on Jan. 10.

• Shamburger also led Missouri with a season high-tying six rebounds and four assists.

• Freshman G Namon Wright reached double figures for the third consecutive game after scoring 10 points. He's averaging 16.0 ppg. in that span after tallying just 4.8 ppg. the previous eight contests.

• Freshman G Montaque Gill-Caesar also added 10 points and five rebounds, making two 3-pointers in the process. He's made at least two treys in the last three games and shot 6-of-8 in that span.

• This is Mizzou's third win of the season when shooting fewer free throws than their opponent (10 compared to Auburn's 14 attempts).
