- Mizzou head coach, Frank Haith, recorded his 200th career win as a head coach tonight.
- The Tigers broke the school record for free throw makes in a season tonight, after hitting 25-of-34 from the line against the Wildcats. For the season, Mizzou now has 681 makes from the charity stripe. The previous school record was 667 makes during the 1988-89 season.
- With 30 points tonight, junior Jabari Brown now has 1,027 points in just 59 career games for the Tigers. Brown is the first Mizzou player to reach 1,000 points in just two seasons since DeMarre Carroll (2007-09).
- Brown's 30 points against Davidson was his second 30-point effort of the 2013-14 season (first coming on Feb. 1 vs. Kentucky).
- With his 30 points tonight, Brown has reached double-digit scoring in 33-of-34 games this season. Teammate Jordan Clarkson also reached double figures for the 33rd time in 34 games this year with his 15 points tonight against Davidson.
- Brown's 17 first half points tied for the most points in the first 20 minutes by a Tiger this year (matching 17 by Earnest Ross on Mar. 13, 2014 vs. Texas A&M in the SEC Tournament).
- Brown has scored 20 or more points in 19 games this year. It's the most since Anthony Peeler hit for 20 plus 20 times during his 1991-92 campaign. Brown's 19 20-point games ranks No. 6 overall in school history.
- Brown topped 200 free throw makes on the season, after knocking down 11 from the charity stripe tonight. His 209 makes this year rank him third all-time in single season school history, and made him just the fourth Tiger in school history with 200 plus free throw makes in a season.
- For his career, Brown has topped 20 points 24 times and Mizzou improved to 19-5 after tonight's victory in those contests.
- Mizzou has had at least one player score 20 (or more) points in 26-of-34 games this season.
- The Tigers have a total of 39 20-point games this season, all coming from Brown (19), junior Jordan Clarkson (14) and senior Earnest Ross (6).
- In his 10th game this season, junior Danny Feldmann recorded his first points of the year with four total points on 2-of-3 shooting against the Wildcats. Feldmann hit 3-of-4 field goal attempts last season.
- Tonight marked the second time in history that Mizzou Arena had hosted an NIT game.
- With their victory over Davidson, the Tigers are now 2-7 all-time in the NIT. It was the team's first NIT tournament win since 1996.
- Mizzou improved to 2-2 (.500) all-time against Davidson with their victory tonight. It was the schools' first meeting since the 2006-07 season.
- With their comeback victory, Mizzou is now 100-6 (.943) at Mizzou Arena since 2008-09.
