Mizzou improved to 14-0 for the third time in program history and the first since the 1981-82 season.
The Tigers improved to 9-0 at home this season and finishes Big 12 Conference play 14-2 all-time in home openers.
Missouri's 38-point victory was the team's second largest over a conference foe in the Big 12 era - behind just the 45-point win (107-62) over Colorado in 2009.
The victory was Mizzou's second largest ever over Oklahoma, behind just a 44-point win (66-22) in 1922.

Senior Kim English narrowly missed a double-double with 23 points and a season high nine rebounds.
English was joined in double figures by senior Marcus Denmon (20), senior Ricardo Ratliffe (13) and junior Michael Dixon (13).
Senior Ricardo Ratliffe entered the game as the nation's best shooter at 76.1 percent. He made 6-of-7 shots in the game to up his season shooting percentage to 76.7 (89-116) percent.
Sophomore Phil Pressey has nine consecutive games with at least five assists. Before his streak, the most by by a Tiger was seven by Anthony Peeler in 1989-90.
