Gameday FootBlog: Georgia

Three hundred and eight days ago - on November 6, 2011 - Mike Slive took to the podium at the Mizzou Student Center and welcomed the University of Missouri to the Southeastern Conference. Today, he flips a commemorative coin at midfield as the Tigers officially open SEC play against the Georgia Bulldogs.

We'll be here all night to chronicle Mizzou's first-ever SEC game, so whether you're watching the nation-wide ESPN2 broadcast with Joe Tessitore and Matt Millen, listening to Mike, Howard and Chris on the Tiger Network radio broadcast, or finding some other way to stay up to speed, come join us!

We'll be mixing in our own comments along with publishing selected comments from you, the fans! You Twitter-heads can even get in the game, and become a part of the community we like to call "Twizzou" just by appending the #MIZSEC hashtag to your tweets.

The game kicks off at 6:50 p.m. CT, but we'll be here well beforehand, so settle into your pregame routine and join us. While you're waiting, choose one of the links on the right sidebar for more information on Saturday's game!
