Tigers Head to Oklahoma State Saturday

COLUMBIA, Mo.- The Mizzou women's basketball team will conclude regular season play this Saturday at 7 p.m. as it heads to Stillwater, Okla., for a date with the Oklahoma State Cowgirls. The game will be carried on Mizzou's radio network, KTGR.

LAST TIME OUT
BreAnna Brock made the most of Senior Night by registering a double-double before halftime, but her impressive night was unable to lead the Tigers (12-16, 2-15) to a win over the Texas Longhorns (17-12, 7-10). Despite jumping out to a 15-4 lead in the game's early minutes, the Tigers fell in their final home game of the season by a final score of 75-62. All three seniors registered points for Mizzou, as Brock added 24 points to her 16 rebounds, a season-high on the glass. Bailey Gee tallied seven, and Christine Flores added a point of her own as the seniors combined for 32 of the Tigers' 62 points.

UP NEXT
The Tigers will close the regular season at Oklahoma State on Saturday, Mar. 3. The Big 12 Tournament will begin on Mar. 7 in Kansas City, Mo.

SCOUTING THE COWGIRLS
Oklahoma State is 15-11 on the season, coming off of a victory over the Kansas Jayhawks. The Cowgirls also topped Iowa State on Feb. 25 to end a four-game losing streak. Freshman Liz Donohoe was recently named to the USBWA watch list for the Women's National Freshman of the Year award. Donohoe leads Big 12 freshmen with an average of 12.8 ppg and 6.8 rpg. Tiffany Bias also averages in the double figures for the Cowgirls at 12.4 ppg.
