- Mizzou did not gain its first lead of the game until there were 34 seconds remaining in the first half. That lead came after a pair of free throws from Steve Moore.
- Starting at the 1:47 mark of the first half, Mizzou used a 16-3 run to earn a 49-39 lead prior to the first media timeout of the second half. In fact, Mizzou scored 15 of the first 20 points of the second half.
- Mizzou owned its largest lead of 11 points at the 14:36 mark of the season half. Mizzou led 52-41.
- A&M rallied with a run of its own, taking a 58-55 lead after a 19-6 run heading into the final five minutes of the game. In fact, Texas A&M held Mizzou to just nine points from the 16:09 mark until the 2:50 mark.
- Tiger junior Justin Safford totaled a season-high 12 points in the game, matching his previous best, set against Savannah State on Jan. 6.
- The Tigers forced Texas A&M into 21 turnovers in the game, 15 of which came via the steal. In fact, three Tigers finished with at least three steals in the game while seven Tigers finished the game with at least one.
- JT Tiller finished the game with 12 points, marking the first time this season that he has hit double-figures in Big 12 play. The 12 points were also just one shy of a season-best.
- Texas A&M's Dash Harris came into the game leading the Big 12 and ranked No. 20 nationally in assist-to-turnover ratio, but the Tigers forced the Aggie point guard into six turnovers and limited him to just two assists in the game for a 1/3 assist-to-turnover margin.
- Texas A&M pulled down 16 offensive rebounds and scored 19 second-chance points. Conversely, Mizzou scored only six second-chance points as it pulled in only nine offensive boards. Texas A&M out-rebounded the Tigers 44-26 in the game as well.
- A&M also outscored the Tigers 40-26 in the paint during the game.
- The loss for the Tigers snaps their 32-game home winning streak, which dated back to season finale of the 2007-08 season.
- The loss is also the Tigers' sixth-straight to the Aggies as Texas A&M is the only team in the Big 12 that Mizzou head coach Mike Anderson has not beaten since becoming head coach at Mizzou.
- Texas A&M attempted 36 free throws in the game as Mizzou was whistled for 26 personal fouls in the game.
- Four Tigers finished the game in double figures, highlighted by 15 from Kim English.
- Every player that saw action for Mizzou saw more than five minutes on the floor.
