- The win gives Mizzou head coach Mike Anderson his 100th career win in his time at Mizzou. He is now 100-47 (.680) in his five seasons at Mizzou and is the fastest coach in Mizzou history to reach 100 wins, needing just 147 games to do so.
- Mizzou's 12-1 start to the season is its best record to open a campaign under head coach Mike Anderson. Mizzou is now 12-1 for the first time since the 1989-90 season in which it opened winning 21 of its first 22 games. The Tigers are riding a season-high seven-game win streak.

- Mizzou finished the game with 48 points in the paint, their second-best mark of the season, trailing only their 56 against Central Arkansas.
- The Tiger defense stifled the Huskie's leading scorer, Xavier Silas, in the game. Coming in averaging 26.2 points per game, Silas was limited to eight points in the game, a season-low point total. He came in ranked second in the nation in scoring.
- Junior Matt Pressey posted a career-best 18 points in the win. His previous career-best was 10 at Oregon earlier this season. He shot 6-of-9 from the floor and connected on six of seven free throws in the contest.
- Mizzou finished the game with five players (Denmon - 24, M. Pressey - 18, Bowers - 16, Ratliffe - 14, Safford - 10) in double figures scoring, marking the seventh time this season that that has happened for the Tigers.
- Marcus Denmon led the Tigers with 24 points in the contest - three off of his career high - doing so on 9-of-11 shooting, his second-best mark of the season. His only better outing was his 10-of-12 performance from the floor against Georgetown.
