Sophomore Kristin Nottelmann (Fenton, Mo.) received the start in the circle for the Tigers and threw five innings, allowing one run on five hits. Making her first start of the fall in the circle, freshman Lindsey Muller (Stilwell, Kan.) entered the game in relief and struck out two batters.
