COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Missouri Tigers swimming and diving squads are set to host the first-ever Mizzou Invitational, welcoming seven other teams from across the country for three days of action, beginning Friday, Dec. 5 at 10 a.m. CT.
Joining Mizzou's No. 20 women and No. 21 men in the pool will be No. 22 Arkansas (women), Missouri S&T, Iowa, Drury, Southern Illinois, Missouri State and Kansas, who will only be sending their divers.
"We're excited for this. There are a lot of good teams coming in," MU Head Coach Brian Hoffer said. "It's the first time we've ever held this event, so we're hoping this is something that can continue on in the future."
