We are into week seven of our preseason and I think things are going very well.

Everyone seems to be in a rhythm with their schedules now and working hard inside the classroom and outside the classroom at practice. There have been some very grueling and demanding weeks and I am positive there will be more to come but I think we have handled the challenges exceedingly well. We do make sure that there is always a little time to have some fun, though. This past weekend was Halloween and we all had a pretty good time celebrating, going to haunted houses and of course dressing up in our crazy costumes.

We are all pumped for our upcoming season, which is approaching so fast - it will be here before we know it, but we will be ready! WE WILL BECAUSE WE CAN! That is our theme for the year and I know we will be ready because we have mentally, physically, and emotionally dedicated ourselves to be ready. I know all the hard work we have been putting in and will continue to put in is going to pay off for us. In fact it already has in many ways. Everyone is already looking really strong in the gym, we are not just making routines but we are making them well and more consistently with each practice, and our confidence as a team has dramatically boosted even since the end of last season. We want to make a statement at the very beginning of the season and that will only happen if we continue to work hard every day and support each other all the way. I have no doubt in my mind that we will. Let's get after it, ladies.
