Columbia, Mo. - Former University of Missouri soccer player Jennifer Nobis has arrived in Sweden and is set to begin playing with Danmarks IF Uppsala in the Swedish League.
Nobis has been busy since she graduated from Mizzou. During the summer, she played with St. Louis-based River Cities FC of the Women's Professional Soccer League, and before that season started, she played overseas in London England with the Professional club Charlton Athletic.
She also played with River Cities in 2006.
Nobis had a great career at Mizzou from 2002-05. She sits near the top of many career record lists, including points, where she ranks third with 93. She is tied for second with 32 goals, and she is third in assists with 28.
Nobis made the 2004 All-Big 12 Conference second team and the SoccerBuzz All-Central Region third team.
