"Kari is a good soccer player who is dangerous around the goal and unbelievably fast. She is also unquestionably one of the most genuine and kindest people you could ever meet. Her speed and athleticism and ability to score goals by making something out of nothing will benefit the MU soccer program. Mizzou is very lucky to have her."

From Fort Collins Arsenal Club Coach Tony Minatta:
"Krista is that one of a kind player that only comes along once in awhile. I feel lucky that I was able to coach her the past two years. She embodies every quality a great player should possess: competitive, tireless work rate, committed and above all, humility. She would be the first person to defer any compliments towards her, right back at her teammates. Krista gave 100% effort in every game and practice, regardless of opponent or circumstance. It was truly an honor to coach her and I wish her the best of luck in your program, you are definitely getting a truly outstanding individual, as well as a soccer player."
