Columbia, Mo. - The University of Missouri Men's Basketball program is going world wide ... web. The Tigers' initial road game of the Mike Anderson Era, a Dec. 9 contest at Purdue, will be carried live on ESPN360.com, ESPN's new multi-featured Internet broadband service.
Game time between the Tigers and Boilermakers in West Lafayette, Ind., is scheduled for 1 p.m. (EST).
ESPN360 was launched in January 2005 and is a free service to fans that receive high-speed broadband service through an ESPN-affiliated provider. Current ESPN-affiliated broadband service providers include: Verizon, Beld, Bend, Braintree Electric and Light, Charter, Citizens Communications, Conway Communications, Entouch, Grande Communications, Iowa Network Services, Liberty Cablevision of Puerto Rico, Margaretville Telephone Company, MediaCom, Mid-Hudson Cablevision, Spencer Municipal Utilities, Starstream Communications, Susquehanna Communications and US Cable.
If your broadband service provider isn't currently listed, please contact them and ask for ESPN360, or log on to www.ESPN360.com. Due to broadcast rights issues, the game will not be available via Mizzou All-Access.
