Columbia, Mo - The University of Missouri women's tennis team hosts No. 65 Oklahoma State on Sunday at the Green Tennis Center in Columbia. The match is set for noon and is open to the public.
Missouri enters the match at 6-6 overall and 0-5 in the Big 12. The Cowgirls are 7-7 overall with a 2-3 conference record.

Missouri Finished Their Last Road Trip at 1-1 In their last match, Sat March 18, the Tigers lost to then-No. 39 Colorado 7-0 in Boulder. Missouri won the No. 3 doubles match, but lost the other two doubles matches. The Tigers lost all singles matches and suffered their first shutout this season. The loss came a day after the Tigers defeated Air Force 6-1 in Colorado Springs.
Kraftova Still Hurting Tiger senior Hana Kraftova is expected to miss Sunday's match because of a back injury. Sunday's contest will mark her fourth consecutive match missed because of the injury. The Tigers are 1-2 during this stretch with losses to then-No. 39 Colorado and then-No. 11 Baylor.
About Oklahoma State The Cowgirls are 7-7 overall and 2-3 in the Big 12. Friday, they defeated Tulsa 5-2 in Stillwater. In the match, the Cowgirls were victorious at No. 1, No. 3, No. 4, and No. 6 singles. In doubles play, Oklahoma State swept the three matches to earn the doubles point.
Important Cowgirls to Know Oklahoma State is led by Iryna Tkachenko at No. 1 singles. In Friday's victory over Tulsa, Tkachenko defeated Daniela Muscolino in straight sets 6-3, 6-3. Oklahoma State's wins leader this season is junior Marta Tsivka. Tsivka has eleven wins, including a 3-1 record at No. 5 singles. In Friday's win over Tulsa, Tsvika defeated Kindsay Grimes 6-2, 7-6 at No. 4 singles.
