Tiger Athletics Examining Prank Phone Calls

Columbia, Mo. - The University of Missouri Department of Intercollegiate athletics is looking into reports of prank phone calls being placed by an unknown individual to high school-aged student-athletes around the state of Missouri. The man in question identifies himself as a coach at the University and has been seeking personal information from student-athletes involved in several different sports.

Those that find themselves contacted by this man, are encouraged to contact their local law enforcement agency, or the Athletic Compliance Office at (573) 882-2076.
