Waco, Texas - The University of Missouri men's golf team finished in 16th place at The Henry Griffitts/Baylor Invitational, which wrapped up today at Ridgewood Country Club in Waco, Texas. The tournament wrapped up Missouri's fall season.
Missouri shot team rounds of 294-295-307 for a three-round team total of 896.
The Tigers were led individually by freshman Michael Radek, who tied for 33rd place overall, with a three-round total of 219. He shot rounds of 71, 73 and 75 to reach his total.
Junior Mark McBride shot identical rounds of 71 to open the tournament, but finished on Tuesday with a nine-over par 80 to give him a three-round total of 222. That left him tied for 47th overall.
The Tiger men will open their spring season in Houston, Texas, where they'll take part in the Rice Invitational, set for Feb. 12-13, 2001.
