
Missouri Women Harriers Receive At-Large Bid To NCAA Championships

COLUMBIA, Mo. - The University of Missouri women's cross country team received an at-large bid to the NCAA Championships today. This marks the sixth consecutive season that the Tiger women will run at the national championships.
The Mizzou women finished third at the Midwest Regionals Sat, Nov. 11. Individually sophomore Kerry Hils came in seventh place, junior Ann Marie Brooks came in 12th and senior Katie Meyer finished 17th. The MU men automatically qualified for nationals with their second-place showing at Regionals.
"We are excited about competing at the NCAA Championships. Our kids have worked hard all season to earn this opportunity," said Head Coach Jared Wilmes.
The NCAA Championships will be held Mon., Nov. 20, at Iowa State University in Ames.
