2026 NGWSD Clinic
Thank you for your interest in the National Girls & Women in Sports Day (NGWSD) Clinic and Panel Discussion at the Hearnes Center on February 8th! This FREE event celebrates girls and women in sports through interactive activities, inspiring stories, and community connection.
The clinic is open to girls and boys in 6th grade and under, in adherence with NCAA guidelines. A parent or guardian must be present at all times
Clinic participants will receive:
- FREE admission to the Mizzou Women’s Basketball game vs. Georgia at 3:00 PM
- Parents and guardians may secure discounted tickets to the game at MUTigers.com/NGWSD while supplies last.
- An NGWSD T-Shirt for the first 100 participants in attendance
Participants will enjoy:
- A short panel discussion featuring female Mizzou student-athletes sharing their experiences, advice, and journeys in sports
- Rotational clinic stations led by Mizzou women’s sports programs, offering fun, age-appropriate activities and basic skill instruction
- A group wrap-up and photo before transitioning to the Women’s Basketball game
New This Year:
- Local youth organizations will be on-site throughout the event to connect families with opportunities to stay involved in sports beyond NGWSD. Parents and participants can explore programs, ask questions, and learn about community-based options across a variety of sports.
Event Timeline:
- Check-In: 1:00 PM
- Clinic & Panel Discussion: 1:30–2:45 PM
- Mizzou Women’s Basketball vs. Georgia: 3:00 PM
