FIFTH YEAR (2022)
- Named All-SEC First Team and NFCA Third Team All-Region.
- Started in all 60 games as third base or a designated player.
- Led the team in home runs (17), RBI (52) and slugging percentage (.651).
- Rounded out her career in the program history books with the most career home runs (56), seventh-most career RBI (164), the fifth-highest career slugging percentage (.617), and matched her previous year single-season home run record (17).
- Smashed a home run and grand slam in back-to-back plate appearances against then-No.9 Kentucky, tallying seven RBI, the third-most in program history in a single game.
- Went 3-for-3 against South Carolina (4/1/22) with a solo home run, breaking the record for most career home runs in program history.
- Went 2-for-4 against Missouri State (5/20/22) in the opening round of the NCAA regional.
- Recorded a .882 fielding percentage over 34 chances.
SENIOR (2021)
- Started in all 57 appearances at third base and designated player.
- Tied for the team lead with 17 home runs while batting a career high .299 - her 17 home runs are tied for third in Mizzou history for a single season.
- Smashed two home runs at Florida Atlantic for her first multi-home run game since 2019 (Feb. 21).
- Drove a three-run homer over the left field wall against Auburn to tie the game, eventually leading to the win (Mar. 27).
- Go-ahead home run in NCAA Regional win over Northern Iowa (May 22).
- Moved into seventh on the all-time Mizzou home runs list (39).
JUNIOR (2020)
2020 season was canceled after 26 games due to the COVID-19 pandemic
- Appeared in all 26 games, making 25 starts – 17 at third base and eight at shortstop.
- Batted .295 on the season, going 23-of-78 at the plate with a .513 slugging percentage.
- Tied for the team lead with eight doubles on the season, while adding three home runs.
- Homered in the sixth inning against South Alabama to give Mizzou an insurance run (Feb. 7).
- Doubled in four-straight games (Feb. 9-14).
- Fourth-inning double against Oregon State batted in two runs to start a Mizzou rally, as the Tigers scored five unanswered runs to overcome a 4-0 deficit (Feb. 21).
- Homered in the seventh inning against Cal to break a 7-7 tie, batting in three runs on the hit. Ended the game 2-for-4 with two runs (Feb. 22).
- Batted in three runs against Wichita State in the win (Feb. 29).
SOPHOMORE (2019)
- One of just two Tigers to start all 60 of Mizzou’s games in 2019, as she was Mizzou’s everyday third baseman.
- Wert hit 19 home runs in her first season in Columbia, the second-most ever in a single season by a Tiger. Amanda Renth is the only Mizzou player with more, as she had 20 back in 2008.
- She led Mizzou in RBI (48) and total bases (112) in her first season in the Black & Gold.
- Was a monster against Wichita State (April 3), hitting two home runs and bombing a career-high five RBI.
- Homered in three straight games in the early part of the season, bombing balls out against Iowa (Feb. 16), Kansas (Feb.17) and BYU (Feb. 21).
FRESHMAN / HOFSTRA (2018)
- Appeared in 32 games, typically as a pinch-hitter.
- Her first three collegiate hits were all home runs, finishing with five homers and 13 RBIs in her debut season without being in the starting lineup.
- Her first homer was the game-winning three-run shot in extra innings at North Florida on Feb. 20.
- Her two-run blast against Massachusetts on March 17 also scored the game-deciding runs. • Hit homers in back-to-back games on April 21 and 26.
- Had an .800 slugging percentage
HIGH SCHOOL
- Played three years of softball at Nandua, missing her senior season due to injury.
- Was a three-time district Player of the Year and two-time all-conference selection.
- Helped her team to three consecutive district championships and a conference championship in 2016.
- As a junior, posted a .585 batting average, 1.390 slugging percentage, 17 home runs and 49 RBIs to go with a .957 fielding percentage.
- Also a four-time first-team all-district volleyball player and the 2016 Offensive Player of the Year.
PERSONAL
- Majoring in Health Science.

- Outside of softball, Kim enjoys reading, swimming and watching MLB.
- Her biggest 'Bucket List' item is to see a live baseball game in every ballpark in the country.
