Snow, cold temperatures and 40 MPH winds force Tigers to cancel Tuesday contest
COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou Baseball's game vs. Eastern Illinois, scheduled for tonight (Tuesday, March 6) has been cancelled due to inclement weather in the Mid-Missouri area. Wind chills are forecast to be in the 20s this evening and wind speeds have been gusting at 40 MPH in Columbia, with flurries and rain.
As of Tuesday, no make-up date had been determined.
Mizzou will be back in action this weekend, hosting La Salle for a three-game set at Taylor Stadium beginning Friday at 6:30 p.m.
