@MizzouGym Signs Two to National Letters of Intent

Mizzou’s two signees will join the team for the 2018 season

COLUMBIA, Mo. – The Mizzou gymnastics team signed two student-athletes to National Letters of Intent, Head Coach Shannon Welker announced on Monday. Gabrielle Gottula (Spring, Texas) and Paige Kovnesky (Archbold, Ohio) will both enroll at the University of Missouri and join the Tigers for the 2018 campaign.

  • Won vault and placed third in the all-around at the 2016 Region 3 Level 10 Championships

  • Owns level 10 high scores of 9.85 on vault, 9.45 on floor, 9.4 on bars, 9.375 on beam and 37.775 in the all-around
