@MizzouMensGolf’s Buckley Named PING Third Team All-American

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou Men's Golf standout senior Hayden Buckley was named a 2018 PING Third Team All-American. Buckley is one of 30 golfers nationwide to receive All-America honors.
Buckley, who was also named to the Haskins Award Watch List which honors the nation's top collegiate golfer, put together one of the best campaigns in program history. The Belden, Mississippi, native collected four individual tournament titles, taking home medalist honors at the Turning Stone Intercollegiate, the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate, the SunTrust Gator Invitational and the Tiger Invitational.
Buckley also placed second at the Warrior Invitational in Hawaii, firing a second round 61, the best single-round score in program history. His cumulative score at the Warrior Invitational was an impressive 197, the best 54-hole score in program history.
Buckley finished in the Top-10 five times as a senior. His 69.53 scoring average was the best in the SEC. He capped the season with a 16th place finish at the SEC Championships.
