Indoor: Clocked in at 8:39.44 at the Meyo Invitational in the 3000m run for a season's best ... won the mile in 4:24.68 at the Nebraska Wesleyan Invitational and clocked in at 8:39.44 at the Meyo Invitational in the 3000m run.
