Indoor: Set a personal-best time in the mile run at the ISU Classic, clocking in at 4:12.11 ... Set a season-best mark in the 1,000m run at the Missouri Invitational after finishing in 2:37.92 ... 800m season-best came at the MU-KU dual meet where he clocked a time of 1:58.63. Outdoor: Set season-best marks of 3:54.96 in the 1,500m run at the John McDonnell Invitational and 4:14,96 in the mile run at the Jefferson Cup.
2008:
Cross Country: Clocked 8k PR of 26:21 in placing as the team's fourth scorer at the Bradley Classic ... also ran at the SIU Early Bird (8th overall) and the Griak Invitational. Outdoor: Ran a season's best 4:01.50 at 1500 meters at the Jefferson Cup dual at Virginia ... was 15th at the Kansas Relays at the distance. Indoor: Placed ninth at the Big 12 Indoor with the DMR squad ... ran a season's best 4:20.11 in the Mile at the Iowa State Classic ... winner of the Missouri All- Comers 800-meter run.
2007:
Cross Country: Ran in two races in 2007 ... placed eighth overall at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge and sixth among Tiger runners ... also made an appearance at the Roy Griak Invitational. Outdoor: Had three top-10 finishes in the 1500m run, finishing as high as third with a time of 3:57.01 and ran a personal-best 3:53.80 at the Arizona State Invitational ... finished 19th at the Big 12 meet at 1500 meters ... took seventh as a member of the distance medley relay team at the Drake Relays ... ran career best 1:55.62 at 800 meters at the Arizona State Invitational. Indoor: Placed ninth at the Big 12 Indoor Championships at 1000 meters (2:29.85) ... was the runner up in the 800m at the Nebraska Wesleyan Invite with a time of 1:55.80 ... finished sixth in the mile at the Big 12-Mountain West Challenge.
2006:
Cross Country: Ran four races for the Tigers in his freshman campaign ... Began his career with a 13th place finish at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge on Sept. 9 ... Finished 88th in his first Big 12 Championship meet appearance. Outdoor: Ran in five races for the Tigers, capturing a season-best 4:00.68 at 1500 meters at the Missouri Relays. Indoor: Ran in five races for the Tigers, including two 4x400-meter races ... ran a season-best 1:58.13 at 800 meters at the Wildcat Invite.
2005:
