2011 SEASON
Veteran back who has 36 games of experience and who expects to factor into the mix at corner, where the Tigers lose both starters from a year ago ... Opens camp listed 2nd on the depth at one of those corner spots, and played very well in the spring, as he won the team's most improved defensive back award ... Had 4 tackles and a fumble recovery in the Black & Gold Spring Game to close out spring camp ... Is on pace to earn his sociology degree from Mizzou this August.
2010 SEASON
Continued his solid contributions in the Tiger secondary, as well as on special teams, and ended the year six tackles in all ... Had two tackles in the season opener against Illinois ... made on stop in the win over Miami (Ohio) ... had a pair of tackles at Texas A&M and made one stop against Kansas.
2009 SEASON
Produced a solid year in reserve action, registering 17 tackles ... Made two stops in each of the first two games ... Had four tackles against Furman and had one tackle against Nevada and Had three solo stops in game with Nebraska ... Made one TFL, for a loss of 11 yards against the Cornhuskers ... Had one tackle in three-straight games against Oklahoma State, Texas and Colorado.
2008 SEASON
Closed with a solid performance in Mizzou's overtime win in the Alamo Bowl, as he made three tackles and broke up a pass in the winning effort ... Notched a career-best five stops overall against SEMO, with one of those being for a loss - his first career TFL ... Added three tackles against Nevada and started the season with a two-tackle outing against Illinois.
2007 SEASON
Redshirted in his first year in the program.
HIGH SCHOOL
Rated by Rivals as the No. 68 safety in the nation, as well as the No. 10 overall prospect in Kansas ... Ranked by Super Prep as the No. 79 overall prospect (any position) in the Midlands region ... Helped lead his team to an undefeated 2006 season (12-0) capped by a state championship ... Had 31 tackles and two INTs (returning both for TDs) as a cornerback, and also added 45 catches as a wideout for 837 yards and four TDs ... Was a First-Team All-Conference pick each of his last two years ... High school coach - Steve Rampy.
