2011 Cross Country: Named to the Academic All-Big 12 Second Team.
2010 Cross Country: Finished fourth overall and second among Tigers at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge Sept. 11 in Columbia, with a time of 18:22.69 ... Came in 16th at the Greater Louisville Challenge Oct. 2, clocking in at 17:31.13 ... Paced Mizzou with a 78-place finish two weeks later at the NCAA Pre-Nationals in Terre Haute, Ind., finishing in 21:29.50 ... Finished 42nd at the Big 12 Championships Oct. 30 in Stillwater, Okla., with a time of 21:44.99 ... Came in 28th Nov. 13 at the NCAA Midwest Regional in Peoria, Ill., finishing in 20:57.36.
2009 Cross Country:Competed in each of the Tigers' postseason meets, including the Big 12 Championships at AL Gustin Golf Course where she placed 57th overall with a time of 23:26.29 ... Topped that time by more than a minute at the NCAA Midwest Regional after clocking in at 22:22.20 for a 61st-place finish ... Ran at the Greater Louisville Invitational and placed 81st overall with a time of 18:52.65 and ran at the Arkansas Chile Pepper Festival where she clocked at 6K season-best of 22:08.45, good for 39th overall ... Earned a spot on the Academic All-Big 12 team.

2008 Cross Country: First Tiger finisher in all six of Mizzou's meets on the season ... Finished first overall at the SIU Early Bird ... Finished 42nd overall at the NCAA Midwest Regional and 47th overall at the Big 12 Championships with times of 22:09.50 and 22:31.60, respectively, and was the Tigers' top finisher at each event ... Narrowly missed qualifying for the NCAA Championships with her finish at the Regional Championships.
2008:
Outdoor: Earned All-Big 12 honors with a sixth-place showing in the league meet at 10,000 meters ... won the 10k at the Drake Relays, becoming Mizzou's first female to win an individual track event at the meet since 1999 (Katie Meyer) ... was 10th at the conference meet at 5000 meters ... ran season's best 5000 meters of 17:35.18 at the Missouri Relays ... runner-up in the 3000 at the Jefferson Cup dual at Virginia. Indoor: Finished in tenth place at the Big 12 Indoor Championships after notching a personal best in the 5000m run with a time of 17:15.37 ... scored another PR in the 3000m run (9:56.76) at the Iowa State Classic, where she finished 18th ... claimed first place at the Missouri Invitational in the 3000m run, clocking a time of 10:05.11 ... finished in 23rd at the Big 12's in the 3000m run.
2007:
Cross Country: In her first season, was the Tigers' most dominant runner ... placed 26th overall at Big 12's and was the top Tiger finisher at 21:53 ... placed 39th at the Mideast Regional as Mizzou's second finisher ... was the first Tiger finisher in two of her three early races, finishing fifth overall at Vanderbilt at 18:24.91 and sixth at Bradley with a personal record 21:22 ... was the second Tiger finisher at the Griak clocking in at 22:39, good enough for 51st.
High School:
Was one of the top-40 high school cross country runners in the nation in 2006 with her tabbing into the Footlocker National Final where she finished 26th ... finished seventh at the USATF Junior Cross Country Championships in Boulder, Colo., in 2007, earning a spot on the IAAF World Cross Country team ... that team forwent the chance to travel to Kenya due to security concerns ... an eight-time Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS) 6A State Champion, having won three- straight individual titles in the state's cross country championships, leading her team to state titles her frosh and sophomore years ... captured four titles at 3200 meters and twice captured gold at 1600 meters at the state meet ... broke TAPPS' 6A State Record at the two distances, having prep bests of 10:41 at 3200 meters and 5:00 at 1600 meters ...
