PERSONAL-- Jason King is the son of Shannon and Anthony King... lists his favorite moment in swimming as Michael Phelps' 100 fly at the 2008 Olympics... enjoys working on muscle cars with his farther and grandfather... chose Missouri because he liked both the team and the campus... plans to major in Business.

Why did you choose Missouri?

I chose Missouri for the pool - a $5 million pool unlike any other was the ultimate draw. Also, having swam against swimmers on the team and knowing how competitive they are here, I knew I wanted to swim here.

How has the program at Mizzou made you a better swimmer?

The training is unlike any other team. I've swam my whole life and never been this sore or trained this hard before, and every day is a new challenge to be met.

What is your best memory with the team?

My best memory on the team was the Tiger Invitational... the entire team cheering and personally getting a best time.
