"The SEC is college baseball's premier league and it is evident in the unparalleled coverage that is provided by ESPN throughout the season," Mizzou head coach Steve Bieser said. "The exposure for our league comes not only from the incredible baseball that is being played night in and night out, but also from the interest from fans across the SEC; college baseball is something that our fans take a lot of pride in. The SEC and ESPN making our product so accessible is a huge part of that."
The SEC and ESPN have formed the most lucrative coverage plan for college baseball in the nation. In all, 98 SEC baseball games will be broadcast nationally across the ESPN family of networks during the 2017 regular season. SEC Network is again set to provide 24-7 coverage of the SEC Baseball Tournament from May 23-28. Additionally, SEC Network +, the online companion to the SEC Network available through the WatchESPN app on mobile devices and laptops, will feature every SEC game this season.
