- Missouri snapped its 13-game losing streak with the 64-52 win over Florida.
- Mizzou held Florida to 52 points in the contest, the second fewest points the Tigers have allowed all season. The season low point total for an opponent is Valparaiso's 41 on Nov. 16.
- Florida's 52 points also tied for their second lowest scoring output of the season. The Gators scored 50 in a win over Vanderbilt on Feb. 18 and 52 in a win over Alabama on Jan. 27.
- Freshman guard Namon Wright scored a career best 28 points in the win, the most points for a Tiger this season. The previous best was Johnathan Williams, III 27 against Mississippi State on Feb. 14.
- The 17 points for Wright marked his second career 20-point outing and the fourth double figure output of his career.
- Wright shot 10-of-13 from the field and 6-of-8 from behind the arc. Both the 10 field goals and six 3-pointers were individual game highs for the squad this season.
- Freshman forward Jakeenan Gant tied his career high with three blocks against the Gators. He also swatted away three attempts against Tennessee on Jan. 15.
- Senior guard Keith Shamburger dished out five assists in the contest, his ninth game with at least five assists this season. Over the last four games, Shamburger is averaging 5.8 apg.
- Freshman guard Montaque Gill-Caesar scored nine points in the contest and has now scored 31 points in his last three games (10.3 ppg.). His averaged 2.8 ppg. in his four previous games.
- Wright had 12 points in the first half, the second time this year he has scored in double digits in the first 20 minutes of a game. He also accomplished the feat against Chaminade, where he had 12 in the opening half as well.
