The win improved Mizzou's consecutive non-conference home game win streak to 79, dating back to early in the 2005-06 season.
Missouri's victory also increased its nation-leading home-court winning streak to 24 games, dating back to the final home game of the 2011-12 season.
Mizzou's win marked the Southeastern Conference's first win over a ranked opponent this year.
The win increased Mizzou's consecutive win streak over ranked opponents at Mizzou Arena to five games.
Missouri is now 3-0 all-time at Mizzou Arena against Pac-12 Conference foes. The Tigers' other wins came against Oregon (106-69) in 2009 and Cal (93-66) in 2008.
The Tigers improved to 39-1 all-time at Mizzou Arena under Head Coach Frank Haith.
Missouri held UCLA to its lowest point total of the season in the game. The Bruin's previous low was 72 against Drexel on Nov. 8. The Tigers also held the Bruins to a season-low 37.7 percent (23-61) in the game. UCLA came into the contest shooting 55.3 percent on the year.
Junior Jordan Clarkson reached 1,000 points in his collegiate career (both Mizzou and Tulsa) with 21 points against the Bruins. Clarkson entered the game with 982 points and now sits at 1,003.
Clarkson scored 21 points to increase his consecutive games with at least 20 points to five. He is the first Tiger to record at least 20 points in five straight games since Thomas Gardner in 2006.
Clarkson (21), junior Jabari Brown (22) and senior Earnest Ross (20) all scored at least 20 points for the third time this season. The trio also accomplished the feat against Nevada on Nov. 29.
Clarkson's 20-point outing was his team-leading sixth of the season, while Brown reached the number for the fourth time in 2013 and Ross for the second time.
Ross knocked down five three-pointers to tie his career high. Ross also hit five against Auburn in 2012-13 and twice as a sophomore for Auburn in 2011-12. His previous season best was three against three against Southeastern Louisiana on Nov. 8.
Freshman Johnathan Williams III tallied his second career double-double with 10 points and 15 rebounds. He also notched a double-double against IUPUI with 10 points and 10 boards. He was just two rebounds away from tying his career high of 17, set against Gardner-Webb on Nov. 23.
Brown was a perfect 10-of-10 from the foul line against UCLA. The 10 makes were a new career high, besting his old high of eight against Arkansas on March 5, 2013.
The Tigers grabbed 47 rebounds to tie their season high total. The squad also pulled down 47 against Southeastern Louisiana on Nov. 8.
