Women's Meet Notes
Women
- Ashika Charan (Texas A&M) jumped a season high 13.04m (42-9.5) in the triple jump to win the event. Charan's title was the third consecutive for the Aggies after Yasmine Regis won the event in 2008 and 2009.
- Texas A&M (J. Tarmoh, P. Lucas, D. Duncan and E. Adeoti) claimed the 4x100m relay for the fourth consecutive year. Only The Aggies and Texas have won the event in the history of the Big 12 Conference. Texas A&M win, which was the 26th consecutive win dating back to 2008, now has 16 postseason victories in the event.
- Emma Coburn (Colorado) set a Big 12 Championship meet record with a 9:56.53 in her 3000m steeplechase win. The time ranks as the second best in the nation this season.
- Rebeka Stowe (Kansas) ran a 10:03.41 in the 3,000m steeplechase to break her old PR by more than 12 seconds. Her old PR was 10:15.92.
- Jessica Beard (Texas A&M) won her third consecutive 400m title with a 52.08 run. She joins Suziann Reid of Texas (1997, 1998 and 1999) as the only three-time champion in the 400m.
- Jeneba Tarmoh (Texas A&M) ran an 11.19 to win the 100m and set a new PR and Walton Stadium mark. Tarmoh also won the 200m with a time of 22.65, which is the best in the nation this season.
- Martina Tresch (Kansas State) ran a 10:04.27 to shatter the Wildcat school record in the 3,000m steeplechase.
- Leslie Farmer (Missouri) broke her own school record in the 400m hurdles with a 59.30 to finish in sixth place.
- Lisa Koll (Iowa State) set a new Big 12 meet and Walton Stadium record with a 15:22.42 in the 5,000m for her second consecutive outdoor event title. Her time beat the meet record by 36 seconds and the stadium mark by 50 seconds.
- Texas A&M became the first school in Big 12 history to sweep the men's and women's 100m, 200m and 400m meter races.
- Shade Weygandt (Texas Tech) jumped 4.34m (14-02.75) to win the pole vault title and set a new stadium record.
- Lisa Koll (Iowa State) joined John Kosgei (Oklahoma State) as double winners in the 5,000m and 10,000m races.
- Texas A&M won its fourth straight conference title, the most consecutive wins in league history.

Men's Meet Notes
Men
- Baylor (M. Boyd, W. Prevost, C. Thomas, T. Harts) ran a 39.36 to win the 4x100m relay to set the Walton Stadium record. It was the fourth time the Bears won the event.
- Mason Finley (Kansas) 60.18m (197-05) set a PR to win the discus title, two days after he took home the shot put crown.
- Ronnie Ash (Oklahoma) ran a 2010 nation leading time of 13.31 in the 110m hurdles to set a new Big 12 meet and Walton Stadium record en route to the title.
- Tabarie Henry (Texas A&M) completed the 2010 400m sweep with run of 45.89 to win the outdoor title after claiming the indoor crown earlier in the year.
- Lehann Fourie (Nebraska) ran a 13.44 in the 110m hurdles break Nebraska's school record and finish second in the event.
- Gerald Phiri (Texas A&M) claimed his third straight 100m title as he ran a 10.13 to set a new Big 12 meet record. The time also ranks as the fifth best in the nation this season.
- Blake Irwin (Missouri) won the 800m after running a PR 1:48.40 to become the first Tiger to win the event since current assistant coach Derrick Peterson won four straight from 1997-2000.
- Texas A&M became the first school in Big 12 history to sweep the men's and women's 100m, 200m and 400m meter races.
- John Kosgei (Oklahoma State) joined Lisa Koll (Iowa State) as double winners in the 5,000m and 10,000m races.
- Nebraska claimed its sixth total and second straight team title. The Huskers are the only men's team to win consecutive titles.
