• Mizzou improved to 18-6 overall on the year, and 6-3 in Big 12 Conference play, with a hard fought 65-56 win over Iowa State (13-11, 2-7). Mizzou improves to 14-1 on the year at Mizzou Arena, and extends its winning streak over Iowa State to four overall. Coach Mike Anderson is now 5-2 against the Cyclones...
• It was a tough shooting night for both teams, as the Tigers got the win despite making only 39.7% of their shots (23-of-58 FGs). The Cyclones were even more off the mark, as they made only 32.8% on the night (21-of-64 FGs). The teams combined to make only 6-of-34 3-point tries on the night, with Mizzou connecting on 4-of-20 from long distance. That was the lowest amount of made threes by Mizzou since totaling four treys on Jan. 6th against Savannah State (a 74-45 MU win). Iowa State's 2 made three-pointers tied a season low for Tiger opponents, matching the 2 made by Georgia at Mizzou Arena on Jan. 2nd (an 89-61 MU win)...
