On the game as a whole:
"First of all I want to congratulate Oklahoma State they have a great football team. I knew it from the video, so nothing surprised me. They are athletic and they run well. It was a game with a lot of mistakes on both sides. They certainly did the things necessary to win. I was proud of our football team, we battled, we got ourselves in the fourth quarter back in it and had an opportunity to possibly get a comeback win and we just fell short."
On Missouri's execution:
"They (Oklahoma State) did a good job, but they didn't do anything different than we expected. We just weren't executing as well as we should have and I think you give them credit for that."
On Wolfert's punting:
Well with Bryant, the number one punt returner in the country, we just felt that was something we could do. Jeff Wolfert has the ability to do it because he was a soccer player, he can do it with his left or right foot so we can kind of draw on which way we did it and that actually worked out really, really well. We were very pleased with that."
On preparing for next week:
"What we'll do tomorrow is like we always do, except your guts feel just like they were torn out if you are a competitor which those guys are and like I am. But what you do is you come in and do everything you normally do on Sunday and you do what I always do on Sunday, I'll tell them the good things and the poor things offensively, defensively and kicking. We'll evaluate everything, the lessons that we learned and then we wake up Monday morning and focus on the task at hand, obviously we're playing a great Texas team...We just haven't been in this situation in awhile, we haven't lost in this stadium in awhile so this is really difficult on our players but we'll get going."
On Daniel's performance:
"Chase Daniel, everybody expects perfect from Chase and he did a lot of great things out there so again we'll look at them, we'll learn and we'll go on but this guys a pretty good player. He's frustrated because he's a winner and a competitor like everyone else in there. We'll learn from it and move on."

MU Player Quotes
Missouri senior QB Chase Daniel
On tonight's performance:
"Oklahoma State is a great football team, they fought hard and they came ready to play. We didn't play the part, we made too many turnovers, and I put it all on me....we seemed like we were a little bit off all night, the reason, I don't know... I couldn't figure out why."
On playing Texas next week and Colt McCoy:
"It'll be a fun week next week: two great quarterbacks going at it. Colt McCoy put on a show today against Oklahoma and we lost a game which will sting a little bit."
Missouri senior PK Jeff Wolfert
On missing a field goal and punting:
"I'd say I didn't have the best [angle] on it, but I'll look at what I did wrong in the film and be ready for next week, it's the toughest thing for a kicker to bounce back after missing two kicks...We wanted to keep the ball away from their punt-returner and I felt we did a pretty good job."
On setting the Missouri scoring record:
"Its not the way I envisioned the night I had lots of family in town and going out and missing two kicks didn't help."
Missouri senior TE Chase Coffman
On the Mizzou running game:
"They did a good job in stepping up and stopping our running game a little bit, we just didn't come and make the plays that we needed to."
"We expected Oklahoma State to come in here and give all they got, we just didn't make the plays and make a couple turnovers."

OSU Head Coach Mike Gundy
On Chase Daniel:
"I am very proud of our defensive staff, for the plan they put together - mixed up coverage, mixed up blitzes to try to get him off balance. We got him [Daniel] sometimes got some hits on him - he is going to make some good plays."
On Oklahoma State's defense:
"You have to give a lot of credit to Coach Beckman and the defense for staying with the plan. We made some poor decisions in special teams, but we were able to overcome it. So I was really proud of our team for continuing to fight and taking it one play at a time."
On the team's accomplishments:
"Our defense just rose to the occasion they did really well last week ... The players believe in each other - you never know what you can accomplish if you just believe in yourself ."
On winning on the road:
"This is a really big win for our program, if they [Mizzou] win tonight they may go to number one, when your number two or three in the country and I'll give a lot of credit to their Coach Pinkel, their staff, and their team because they've done a tremendous job here. Them being in the Big 12 and being an opponent of ours it's a really great place to play a football game. To beat a team like that on the road is a really great victory for our program."
On Physicality:
"This was a very physical game in a different manner - not your old fashion smash mouth run but there were a lot of big hits after the ball was thrown."

OSU Player Quotes
Junior Linebacker Patrick Lavine
On how OSU expected to handle MU's offense...
"Coach had a great game plan. We practiced everyday. Our offense gave us a great look. They had some big playmakers, but we felt like we had some great playmakers on our defense. We felt like it was going to be a big match-up. Everyone said it was going to be a high-scoring game. Both defenses played great."
On his interception...
"We knew the ball was going to go to Maclin. He's a big playmaker on offense and so I tried to play on him harder. It worked out for me."
Junior Linebacker Andre Sexton
On forcing turnovers against Missouri...
"Our goal was to go in and try to slow them down a little bit. We said that we had to match their defense. We came out when they made a turnover, our goal was to make a turnover. We came out there flying around, the defensive linemen made some pressure. That hasn't happened this year, so he (Daniel) threw some balls around. So he (Daniel) threw a couple balls up and we were able to make some plays on them."
On playing top-ranked Missouri...
"It was a great opportunity on a national stage. We got a chance and we just wanted to go out there and show everybody. Everybody has been doubting us. On ESPN, every time I tune into something about the game, they said it wasn't even going to be close, we wouldn't stand a chance, we didn't have the right guys. So we took it as a personal challenge on defense. We just wanted to give the opportunity to the offense to get on the field and make plays."
